Abstract
Bound lecture notes by Edward Hitchcock for teaching doctrines of the Bible to the Junior class at Amherst College. Hitchcock covers the concepts of an intermediate state, judgment, heaven, the eternity and immutability of God, and the fall of mankind, among others. References to specific passages of scripture that relate to that day's topic are noted throughout, as are questions for consideration.
