Abstract
Sermon notes by Edward Hitchcock quoting Acts 26:28 and discussing the concept of an "almost Christian." Hitchcock dealt with this subject in sermon notes from December 1822, but in these notes he provides more detail about the quoted verse and Agrippa's situation. Hitchcock goes on to list what makes someone an "almost Christian" and then lists reasons why one should convert and devote oneself fully to Christianity. On the final page Hitchcock has noted that the sermon was preached at Amherst College on the "Sabbath evening" of March 27, 1831.
