Abstract
A postal card written to Charles W. Eldridge from Walt Whitman. Whitman writes about a Walt Whitman calendar of excerpts from Leaves of Grass that had been proposed by Grace Ellery Channing, saying that he will allow Grace to pursue the creation of such a calendar. He also writes that he has not heard from William O'Connor, who was at Bar Harbor at the time.
