(Henry Martin) Perkins letter to J.N. Bagg in which Perkins writes that he sends the following facts and statistics about his father's (Justin Perkins') life, mission, and death. He says he will also forward the epitaph on his father's gravestone written by Dr. Buckingham, but in a postscript asks that Bagg call at the office of Virgil Perkins to get the exact wording of the epitaph. He also requests copies of Bagg's centennial (Account of the centennial celebration of the town of West Springfield, Mass.) when it is published. After the letter is the account of Perkins' life, work, and death.
