He also notes that Perkins (Justin Perkins) is "carrying out the views of Her Majesty's Government for their removal." He offers donations from himself and Mrs. Alison (Elizabeth Sarell Alison) to the subscription fund being raised for the sufferers and notes that he is leaving the money at Her Majesty's Consulate.
