He hopes God will give all needed wisdom to young men and women and writes of how they (the missionaries) cannot afford to lose the confidence of the people by too hastily removing support. He also writes regarding what he has been doing and where he has been since being in America. He explains further and says that he does not approve of this but he promised to refer the matter to Perkins. Coan (George Whitefield Coan) letter to Justin Perkins in which Coan writes that he is deferring their mail as Brother Rhea (Samuel Audley Rhea) is occupied with the robbery affair. He goes on to write regarding someone's, possibly Hormezd's, affairs in Charbash concerning "the giving of Sarah for his son." He writes that they should give all the moral weight possible and their protest. The mother of Sarah is also named, but illegibly. Coan mentions the Cochrans in closing.
