The pamphlet includes observations from Senate members Leland, Mills, Adams, Noyes, Keyes, Tufts, Fiske, Austin, Richardson, Hubbard, Thaxter, and Hoyt. Topics discussed include the Charity Fund and other financial contributions to Amherst College, the Collegiate Institution (also known as Amherst College), and Williams College. Ultimately it is noted that the report was accepted, giving leave to bring a bill forward.
