Abstract
Volume 11 Number 7 of Touchstone. The magazine focused on undergraduate opinion and included contributions from Amherst College, Smith College, and Mount Holyoke College students. From March 1936 to February 1950 the periodical was published eight times a year under the title of Touchstone. From March 1950 to 2001 the magazine was published under the title of Sabrina. No issues were published in the years 1943-1945, 1955-1958, 1964, 1958-1970, 1972-1980, 1994-1996, and 1998-1999. The magazine included humorous elements as well as "the genuine literary efforts of budding writers." Entries in issues varied in form including drawings, comics, poems, short stories, articles, photographs, editorials, and jokes. The editors of this issue were James Douglas, Jr., Samuel Lord, Jr., Burton E. Randall, Jr., William Insley, Raymond B. Jones, and Thomas J. Weyl, II.
