Abstract | A transcription of Emily Dickinson's letter to George Montague which begins "Will cousin George be so kind". The transcription is part of the collection of transcriptions of Dickinson's poems and letters produced by Todd for publication in a volume edited by her. Most transcriptions are in Todd’s own hand; some are typed, and some were transcribed by other individuals. Editor' marks and notes are written in pencil on the transcript; including "Mr. George Montague" to whom the original letter may have been sent and the date the original letter may have been sent. |
