Abstract | Friedrich Haas letter to Justin Perkins. Haas references Mrs. Perkins' (Charlotte Bass Perkins) health and sends regards from Mrs. Haas who was unable to find the leisure to write and thanks Mrs. Perkins for items she sent to Haas' children. Haas states he is rejoicing to leave Persia and shares his negative opinion of the country and of the character of the Persians and states his desires to have been able to do more in his missionary work, that he feels it is ultimately up to prayer and Providence and continued missionary efforts. |
