Abstract | Keith Edward Abbott letter to Justin Perkins in which Abbott replies to a letter from Perkins and clarifies details about outbreaks of cholera. He writes that cases are still reported in Tehran, so that the Shâh and others keep away from that city. He also writes of the spread of cholera. Abbott goes on to discuss an answer from Colonel Sheil regarding Perkins' proposal about the house. He also writes regarding the affairs of Daoud Khan, mentioning Yahia Khan. Abbott notes that he is expecting Colonel Farrant and "his lady" in a few days, and in a postscript he writes that cholera has just broken out there (Tabriz). |
