Abstract | Abby (Bass Cozzens) letter to Charlotte Bass Perkins in which Abby responds to a letter from Charlotte and says that she sympathises with Charlotte's maternal feelings. She writes regarding her own daughter (Charlotte Bass Cozzens), her son Samuel, their sister Lydia (later Lydia Russel), their parents (Fidelia and William Bass), Mary Jewett Whitney, and Mrs. Tyler Reed. Following Abby's letter, S.W. Cozzens (Samuel W. Cozzens) writes to Justin Perkins regarding Mr. Armstrong preaching on the Foreign Missions, his intention to get Justin an Honorary Membership of the Board, and his request to Justin for communications he can read in a monthly concert. |
