Abstract | M.P. Dutton (Mary Pomeroy Dutton) letter to Charlotte Bass Perkins in which Dutton writes regarding daguerreotypes from Mr. Whipple (daguerreotypes of Judith Grant Perkins). She also discusses the death of John Perkins and slavery in the United States. Dutton shares news of several individuals. She writes regarding Perkins' trial of faith and a visit from her aunt.
