Abstract | A portion of a letter from an unidentified correspondent presumably to Justin Perkins in which the sender writes regarding the Canadian Missionary Society's idea to send missionaries "to some Mohammeddans" (Muslims), the death of her brother Edward, the move of her sister Mrs. Sabine's family, her mother's bereavements, and the progress of a memoir. The sender notes that Dr. Worcester has seen the memoir and liked it. The sender of this letter was likely Hannah Willard Lyman. |
