Abstract | Samuel W. Cozzens letter to Justin and Charlotte Bass Perkins in which Cozzens writes regarding the Christian revival in Marblehead, their visit to Middlebury, and the trials the Perkinses' have suffered. He remarks on the box the Perkinses sent them and the second part of Justin's journal which he read in a concert. Cozzens discusses the local church and individual interest in both of them and in the Mission. He writes of their own and of the Perkinses' labors in saving souls. |
