Abstract | Asa Bullard letter to Justin Perkins in which Bullard writes as Secretary and General Agent of the Massachusetts Sabbath School Society. He discusses the Missionary Exercises section of the (Congregational) Visitor and explains that communications received from missionaries for publication must be short. He explains why Perkins may see his contributions abridged or divided between numbers, expresses his personal gratitude to Perkins, and notes the interest of local Christians in the Persian Mission. He also mentions the writer of their books on Missions and his suggestion to her to write a book on Persia. |
