Abstract | A. Eliza Crane (Ann E. Cowles Crane, later Powers) letter to Justin and Charlotte Bass Perkins in which Crane thanks them for their letters and for the ones written by her husband (Edwin Crane). She writes about the final action "of the Com." declining to send her back to Persia. Crane describes her feelings on not being able to go back and teach there. She also writes regarding her current work at Vesper Cliff for the Sardys (John B. Sardy and family), her son Eddie, correspondence with the Cochrans, possibly preparing a work for Sabbath schools, and trying to meet with fellow missionaries. She asks the Perkinses for updates. |
