Abstract	A.H. Wright letter to Justin Perkins in which Wright responds to news of the sickness and death in the missionary circle, mentioning the Labarees and Mrs. Shedd. He goes on to write regarding the new edition of the Testament. He also writes about returning to Persia and Lucy going with them. Wright notes that he will see Mrs. P. (Charlotte Bass Perkins) before leaving. He shares updates on his activities and on others, mentioning the Oriental Society in N. Haven, the Bible House, Prof. Fisher, Dr. Owen, and Henry (Perkins). He discusses Dr. Young not wanting to return to the Mission and the question of Mrs. Powers (now Mrs. Crane) going to Adrianople. He also writes about his family's upcoming move and local donations to the Mission.
