Dates | 1837-02-18 |
Abstract | Fr. Edw. Schneider letter to Justin Perkins and Asahel Grant in which Schneider says he has read their letters to Haas and Hoernle with interest and expresses how often he remembers them. He says that it seems providence does not allow them to labour together in the same land but being united in the Lord they will work for the same glorious concern. He remarks on the alleviation of his neck pains, thanks Grant for his kind advice, and writes about the proposed remedy. He references an enclosed letter for their cook Stephan from his sister, says he will write to them from India if he can, and sends his regards to multiple individuals. The enclosure noted no longer accompanies this item. |
