Dates | 1842-05-13 |
Abstract | Wm. Thompson letter to Justin Perkins in which Thompson invites Mr. and Mrs. Perkins and the Bishop to come to his house and keep Sabbath with them. He remarks on Perkins' success as a missionary among the Nestorians. He says their number of students (at the Theological Institute of Connecticut) is small and they hold slender inducements for Perkins, but he trusts Perkins' visit would have profit to the interests of Christ's Kingdom. The letter is addressed to Perkins, care of William A. Hallock. |
