Abstract | Sermon notes by Edward Hitchcock containing the basic outlines for four different sermons. The first quotes John 1:13 and focuses on how men become "sons of God," the second quotes John 3:7 and focuses on why some men marvel at the work of God, the third quotes Isaiah 57:20 and focuses on why the wicked cannot rest, and the fourth quotes Matthew 7:13 and focuses on things unregenerate men do. Hitchcock has indicated near the top of each page whether he eventually preached that sermon. |
