Abstract	A photograph of a marble bust of Edward Hitchcock. An annotation about the sculpture in an unknown hand is on the back. The annotation incorrectly identifies the sculptor as Chauncey B. Ives, who sculpted a different marble bust of Hitchcock. Another version of this photograph correctly identifies [Martin] Milmore as the sculptor of the bust and [J.L.] Lovell as the photographer.
Notes	The finding aid indicates this photograph dates from the 19th century, and the start date provided is based off the date an annotation on another version of this photograph cites as the date the bust was placed in the Appleton Cabinet at Amherst College.
