Abstract | A transcription not in Edward Hitchcock's hand of the lyrics to "Be kind to the loved ones at home," a song composed by Isaac B. Woodbury with lyrics by John P. Ordway. A slip of paper containing notated music is pasted to the second and third pages, though the music does not appear to be Woodbury's composition. The piece is signed "P.B.H. unus Puerorum" and it is not clear who the initials P.B.H. represent. |
