| Abstract | Photographs of Amherst Homecoming Fest in the Alumni Gymnasium and Athletic Complex. Included are photographs of people inside participating in the festivities which included a band, chorus, and someone making balloon animals. Tom Gerety is among those photographed as he addresses the attendees. Banners of "Thank You" and "The Amherst College Campaign" with the college motto are behind the stage set up in the gym. These photographs are assumed to have been taken by the College Photographer for the Office of Public Affairs (now the Office of Communications). Frank Ward was the College Photographer from 1984-2005. |
