Abstract | A draft in Latin of a Commencement address given by college president Heman Humphrey in which he expresses his hopes and wishes for the graduates' future and then, with the academic senate approval, he confers upon them the degree of Bachelor of Arts. He goes on to address the instructors and thank them for their aid and labor in educating the graduates. |
