Abstract | Nathan Lord, President of Dartmouth College, letter to Hervey Wilbur in which Lord certifies that Wilbur's son, Hervey B. Wilbur of the freshman class at Dartmouth, is dismissed per his father's request. Lord states that Wilbur's habits of study have been somewhat exceptionable, and the faculty will throw no objection in the way of his admission to another institution. He writes that the faculty feel they should make this statement, and they express their hope that Wilbur will have opportunity to execute the purpose of greater diligence which they understand him to have formed. |
