Abstract | A deed certifying that William F. Sellon hereby assigns, as subscription in part for a bond of fifteen thousand dollars, a certain lot of land in Craftsbury, Vermont to the Trustees of Amherst Academy. Various individuals signed or contributed to the deed: Fanny and William F. Sellon, Austin Dickinson, Samuel Dickinson, and Samuel C. Crafts. The deed is dated October 9, 1824 with later notes dated May 21, 1827. The bond of fifteen thousand dollars referenced was also known as the Guaranty Bond. |
