Abstract
A document in which Hooker Leavitt of the Register of Deeds office in Franklin County, Massachusetts certifies that per office records David Barnard was the proprietor of a track of land described in a deed from him to the Trustees of Amherst Academy, Elijah Field was proprietor of a tract of land described in a deed from him to the same Trustees, and it is probable that Moses Smith was proprietor of the land described in a deed from him also to the Trustees. Leavitt's name and office is included below the text of the document, and below his name is a note by A. Clark dated May 30, 1821. The identity of A. Clark could not be determined.
