Abstract
Keith Edward Abbott letter presumably to Justin Perkins in which Abbott writes regarding plans for the building of a church. He also remarks on the complaints of Mr. Labaree (presumably Benjamin Labaree), saying that all he can do is urge someone with an illegible name to punish the individual. He writes that complaints have also apparently been made by the Lazarists. Abbott says that he will tell the French Consul about what he thinks of the conduct of his countryman. He also shares thoughts regarding the Persian government.
