Abstract
Abby (Bass Cozzens) letter to Justin and Charlotte Bass Perkins in which Cozzens reminiscences about times spent with the Perkinses. She also writes regarding her son Samuel, motherhood, the progress of the "cause of Christ" in Marblehead, and shared family and friends in America. Cozzens mentions Captain Bray, Mr. Appleton, Mr. Gardner, their parents (Fidelia and William Bass), and their siblings Lydia (later Russel), William, and Jane (Seymour). On the last page, S.W. Cozzens (Samuel W. Cozzens) also writes to the Perkinses. He writes of their current journey to Middlebury, the revival in Marblehead, and local interest in the Perkinses.
