Abstract | I.G. Bliss (Isaac G. Bliss) letter to Justin Perkins in which Bliss thanks Perkins for his letters and remarks on the trials Perkins and his missionary brethren have been through. He mentions the Patriarch and comments on their Pasha and government. Bliss goes on to discuss a recent tour to a remote district made by Mr. Peabody and expresses his wish that he had "more tongue freedom" and could be understood by those around them. He also writes regarding someone who must leave for America this month. |
