Abstract
W.A. Hallock letter to Justin Perkins in which Hallock writes as Corresponding Secretary of the American Tract Society. He discusses the (Scripture) cards reported by Perkins. Hallock says most were approved and lists those which were not, including ones containing the word "Baptism." He writes regarding the printing expenses and grants made to Perkins' mission. He remarks on how much Perkins has done in giving form to the Nestorian language (Syriac) and asks him to look over the remainder of the printed documents on which his letter is written. Hallock also mentions the death of Brother Walker. The printed proofs are dated May 18, 1839 and pertain to the American Tract Society and one side lists the publications approved for circulation at Foreign Stations, including those in Nestorian and Ancient Syriac.
