Abstract
Franklin Slosson letter to Justin Perkins in which Slosson writes as secretary of a Presbyterian Church Sabbath School. He writes regarding the school, mentioning Francis Armstrong, and says that they have adopted Sarah Abraham (a student at the Nestorian Female Seminary) as their beneficiary. He goes on to remark on Perkins' Mission, mention Perkins' friend, and note the deaths of missionaries Mrs. Polman (Pohlman) and Mrs. Doty. William J. Armstrong also writes to Perkins, discussing the school and the village in which it is located. He writes of the "spiritual winter" in New York City and says that they hope to hear of the Lord's work with Perkins, especially at Geog Tapa (Gug Tappeh, Urmia).
