Abstract
Benj Labaree letter to Justin Perkins in which Labaree discusses mail received from Oroomiah (Urmia) and America. He writes regarding their travels to and lodging in Tezan and Cherdewar. He mentions the young bishop who resides at Tezan, the friendliness of the people, and Eslee visiting the whole village. He writes of Eslee's usefulness in Cherdewar as well. He discusses the weather and the health of his wife and little Georgie. Labaree also says that he wrote Mr. Rhea and mentioned that they thought of making a tour up to Kochannis. He shares that his father speaks of Henry (Perkins) in terms of praise. Mr. Abbott, Mr. Shedd, and Mr. Brouhl are also mentioned.
